Weakness of the District

The District is suffering from major setback, Flood. Time and again the district faces flood form river Gandak that destroy standing Crops and human lives and cattle lives. Half of the blocks face flood during the rainy season. Partly or wholly. This cause threat to the recourses of the district. Although there is a Jamindari Bandh and protective Ring Bandh on the bank of river Gandak but the condition of the Bandh is worst and the District has to face a lots of problem to protect the Bandh. These Bandhs are repaired many times.
